    Network message: connection problem or invalid MMI code

    Hello there!

    I bought a Motorola Atrix HD some days ago and unlocked it (it was AT&T branded). Everything works fine: I can make calls, send and receive SMS, etc.

    For activating a service from my carrier, I need to make a call to *465# and then select an option. After I select an option, a message appears that says:

    Network message: connection problem or invalid MMI code

    Nothing else. I tried several things to fix the issue, like adding a trailing comma at the end of the number, etc... but nothing seems to work.

    Have you guys encountered any solution for this?

    Who is your carrier? The Atrix is designed to use a SIM card - who's SIM card are you using? AT&T or T-Mobile?

    For anyone interested in this issue: I updated to Jelly Bean (4.1) and the issue does not longer exist.
