It looks as if one of he burning questions regarding the Motorola Atrix HD has been answered. In a series of Tweets last night, Motorola confirmed that the Bootloader on the Atrix HD will be locked and signed. (Being locked and signed basically makes it much tougher to create custom ROMs.) However, Motorola apparently doesn't want to leave the community fuming because they also shared that they plan to provide a way for users to unlock the device if they choose to. They weren't specific on how or when that method may come, but added the vague "more details to come."
While this is frustrating news, at least it looks like eventually there will be a solution. The question is, how long will it take them to create one?

The human brain is amazing. It starts as soon as you wake up and stops as soon as you get work.
