new to droid - help with outlook email

I am new to all things droid (former iphone user). I am learning my way around but cannot figure out how to get my outlook email on my Motorola Atrix 2 phone. I have setup my other emails (aol, gmail) but cannot seem to find the right settings for outlook. I am a returning college student and really only use outlook email for class. So, it is an .edu email account not thru work. Most things I read tell me to get settings from my IT person. I don't have an IT person.

Also, I am looking for a simple way to be able to print to my wireless HP printer from my phone. I do not have an eprinter yet, but I could print from iphone onto my wireless printer but haven't figured out how to print from my new Atrix2 phone.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

You need to contact the school's IT department and ask about the settings. If they have a website, they have an IT person. As for printing, Printer Share is your app. It is a little pricy but it works. I believe they have a free trial.

Outlook doesn't have settings....your provider has the settings that you use on Outlook or, in this case, your Atrix Email program. You "may" be able to look at your settings in Outlook for the .edu account and reproduce them on the Atrix. Otherwise, you'll need to contact whoever provides the email account for the mobile settings.

He should just be able to add it in settings/accounts.

Thanks for all the advise. I found some settings on my outlook account and have tried entering in different scenarios. It gives me lots of server addresses and hosts etc. but none seem to work. I can however log in manually from my browser. I was hoping to be able to access a little easier than that each time.

I like my new phone, I just wish more things were designed for it. The iphone certainly has a market on that!

    Thanks again!
