28" of Full HD Webtop Goodness - $199 w/Free Ship

Geeks.com has this 28" Dual HDMI 1080p LCD Monitor (Note: Refurbished) with Integrated Speakers while supplies last for only $199 w/Free Shipping!

Perfect because of the dual HDMI inputs - no swapping cables or adding a switch.

Just add a decent BT Keyboard and Mouse and you should be money ahead compared to the laptop dock... unless you wanna be mobile of course.

I would be picking this up myself if I didn't already have a Dual HDMI monitor at home.

But even just plugged in through hdmi, we can't actually use the webtop, can we?

Won't it just be a blown up view of the phone?

One of the videos I watched (geez, I can't remember which one, I've seen like 4.2 hours worth of Atrix vids the past two weeks) the demonstrator had it running plugged in with just the HDMI cable. I think the docks just give you extra USB capabilities. If I can dig up the video I'll post up the link again.

I also saw it in one of the videos, and remember a review that said just get an HDMI cable and forget the Laptop Dock and you wallet will thank you later for it.

I also saw and read you can save money just using the hdmi cable and running bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

It's all coming back to me now... it was the video talking about the Atrix being the NirvanaPhone. Here's the link to the post of the video on our forums:

The NirvanaPhone is here with the Motorola Atrix and Citrix Receiver

And remember, you can plug into any monitor/tv with a DVI port with a simple adapter - the only difference is that the HDMI will also feed audio.
