I don't have it, but I did give it a pretty thorough test drive, and didn't like the responsiveness. I know it's been talked about in many different places; most people get an external mouse because it's so much of an irritant.

It's ok, not great. My biggest complaint is that I can't turn off the damn touchpad click. If I could turn it off so that I had to click the dang button only I'd be just fine. Needs more options.

Sensitivity in what way (how hard you have to press, how quickly the mouse moves or...)? I haven't had any sensitivity issues with mine. Did you adjust the settings? It can be adjusted with respect to speed and acceleration, double-click speed. That said, I did get a USB wireless mouse and found that that improved the experience significantly. I wish the trackpad supported multi-touch gestures, or at least had designated areas to allow for easier scrolling.

Is it possible to scroll through items in the phone window?

For example, I wanted a detail frm an email on the phone, but couldn't see how to scroll through my emails when it's on the lapdock screen.

Yeah you can scroll. You can use the mouse and swipe down (or up) but the easiest way is to just move with the arrow keys. Same as on a PC. I wish the thing had gestures. It just would have made sense. But it's a 1.0 product. That's what I get for being an early adopter.

I had a lapdock for about two hours and decided to return it. It's bad. And on top of that, AT&T wants to charge for tethering in order to use the embedded Firefox browser. What a rip-off!

Actually I disagree. I use the lapdock all the time. It works for what it is. And you know what? It works well, for me at least. I thought about taking it back and decided to give it more than a few hours. After a week of heavy use I realized it's great. Throw it in the back of the Camaro for those times when I don't have a laptop or a full blown computer would be too much. I use the sucker at work in the control room all the time. Turn it on, forget about it. Don't get me wrong. I don't think it's wonderful or anything, after all it's a 1.0 effort. A pretty good one at that. It's biggest let down was/is the price. The damn thing is just too expensive. It should cost like 100 bucks. As far as tethering. My god people, get over it. Sheesh. Just pay for the damn plan and use the heck outta it. I'm getting tired of all the "I want lots for cheap" whining. Those days are gone or going fast. Ok sorry. Soapbox was just there. I couldn't help myself. :P
