    For Seidio Surface Case Users

This case is a good case. its not slippery nor shiny and it protects my phone very well.
there is one problem though: I CANT GET IT OFF!
ive followed numerous "tips and tricks" and official website instructions. and it seems to have bonded on my phone. its a part of my phone now. im ok with that... unless of course i need to do a battery pull and i want to remove/replace my MicroSD card.
someone please help me remove this case!!!

I've found that the trick is to pull off the top part first, while pressing the bottom part in the center, at the break. When I tried to remove the bottom part first (as I do with my Nexus/Surface combo), it won't come off to save my life. But removing the top solved that!

This case is weird. Right after I posted it I started using an LED app. I left it on for a while and my phone froze (Idk camera time out , it thinks its taking a picture so it turns on the LED light and it froze). I got mad cause I knew I couldn't take the case off and I had just full recharged my phone so it would take around 5-8 hours to turn off. Luckily without using any strength I managed to take off the battery for a battery pull. What are the chances eight? But I just put it back on and dang I can't take it off. Is there a secret grip you're not telling me about?

I don't need to take my case off. But I checked it and it comes off easy. Grip the upper part of the case with thumb and first finger. (glass facing your hand) Grip the bottom haft with thump and second finger. Squeeze the upper haft toward the back. Then press the middle of the of the bottom with your first finger and pull. Hope this helps.
