thats exactly how i want mine to look... multiple day forecast, simplistic look, etc

The time/date widget is SiMi Clock and the weather is Beautiful widgets (4x1 option) with Flat white skin.
That launcher is LauncherPro with a custom dock. I think I might be able to find that dock for you...

I currently use ADW but I like LP as well.
