Hi. I have a peculiar and annoying issue now since the OTA update to 4.5.91. I have several purchased and free sleep/hypnosis applications that are completely useless since the update.
All of these apps use samples that are looped in a way that makes the seams of the audio tracks transparent, but now the tracks loop with a half second delay that sticks out like a sore thumb.
At first I thought it was the developers fault since they had an update available at the same time, but after working with tesla soft and their ambi science sleep app, I noticed that the issue is present in 6 other apps I have tested.
Tesla offered a refund after working with the app and not being able to fix it, but It's gotta be something simple I'm sure. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

Well, I tried but nothing. Still the same issue. I opted for contacting the vendor and wait to see what they say. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for contacting us about this! We've been getting reports of the audio issue from users after they've upgraded to Gingerbread, so we're in the process of looking into it. We thought perhaps it had something to do with Lightning Bug but with more and more people reporting the issue concurrent with the Gingerbread upgrade, we need to figure out where the problem is actually coming from.
If it's indeed Lightning Bug, we will be fixing the issue as soon as we can.

Has anyone heard anything about this further from Motorola? I too cannot use my AmbiScience app by Tesla Software. I spoke with a Tesla Software developer and they are positive the problem arose from a change in an audio API in the gingerbread update. This is obviously Moto's fault and I can't imagine why they would mess up audio looping.
Hi and welcome to the forum. Since this was originally posted, Lightning Bug now works flawlessly on the Atrix so they fixed the bug since then, give it a try.
