Thumbs up Atrix 4G owners left holding the bag by Motorola...Again!

So after waiting for the promised upgrade from Gingerbread to ICS I noticed on Motorola's website today that Atrix 4G owners were told to pound sand by Motorola. It's bad enough they abandonned webtop in new devices but now to reneg on the promise to bring ICS to the Atrix 4G is stark bad faith, dishonesty and abusive to early adopters who went all in relying on Motorola's promises and marketing with what was once a truly innovative product. I'm done with Motorola hardware. I've got a ton of it. It makes no sense for consumers to support a company that doesn't have any regard for its customers. How about instead of a stupid $100 off a new Motorola product (that likely won't be supported by Monsterola as soon as you match it up to new accessories at full price) they let you trade in all your motorola products for half off on comparable current products. It would be only fair since they only half supported the Atrix 4G.

They can keep their $100. At this point they are no better than Apple.

Thanks for joining the forum. We have no control over Motorola. We're just users like you. This is not new news, albeit may be new to you.

Your best bet is probably to either enjoy GB or flash a custom rom.
