Difference between rooting with Gingerbreak.exe and superoneclick

Ok... So I've noticed that the key difference is that if you root with superoneclick you can install apps from unauthorized sources. Now, I have a 2.2 1.83 Atrix 4g and it seems like when i run superoneclick i just get stuck on pseneuter.... I really want to run unauthorized apps without manually using cmd is there a solution to this ? BTW my phone is already rooted with gingerbreak.exe(but I cant run the non-market apps). Could anyone please give me a clear instruction on this please?

And for some reason, the unroot button is not appearing in gingerbreak right now ? can i just delete the app and would that solve the problem ?

Rooting alone does not allow non-market apps. It allows you to use an app that will allow you to sideload, to do that you can either go on the market and search sideload which will come up with an app called "Non-market Apps Enabler" that you can download for $1.69 and it will give you the option in your setting menu to select "unknown sources" in your application settings or there is glad enabler that you can get from XDA.
