Try to look and see if you have a Lost.dir with files in it on your internal storage. You may also try to find a data recovery software that will check and see if there's anything still there while connected to your PC.

I have never had to try this on my phone, but another member used EaseUS and claimed success with it, but each situation is different.

There's also another tool that I've never personally tried, but it's completely done on your phone. It does require root access, though. It was posted ab out here: Hexamob Recovery Pro

    Good luck!

You need to change the Android settings on the phone or tablet.
1 Go to: Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging, and turn it on. (Options may vary slightly based on device and Android version.)
2 Connect your phone/tablet to your PC via a USB cable.
3 Then, on the device, pull down the status bar and select USB connected.
4 A screen will appear in which you need to select the button which reads
    5 Connect storage to PC.
6 If you do not see this option, reconnect the USB cable and try again.
7 Windows will load drivers for the device which may take a minute, after which, it will be detected as Removable memory with an assigned drive letter.
Or try [Mod Edit:Link removed] may help you.

Do not be anxious about that! Those media files can be recovered with Android Data Recovery if you want to recover lost those files from internal memory and SD card memory. That allows you to retrieve the lost files like contacts, videos, photos, and so on on Samsung, LG, HTC,etc. But with this app, you need to enable USB debugging mode and allow the SuperUS to manage your phone.

Thanks for your advice, is there any solution which don't need root?

Hi, There is a free data recovery program called Recuva. You can use it to recover deleted files. No need to pay for any program.

I did this once. Just resetting app preferences fixes the problem. To do that , Go to settings > Apps > (click the gear) reset app preferences. Then after that you will lose your personal settings but you can make those settings again.
