    Can't start up my phone

Hello! Yesterday I received my phone. I tried to start up, but it can't do it. I connected it to power, after 10 minutes I start up It. Today I discharge phone, connect to power but it show me screen with battery and can't start up. What's wrong? May be I have problem with bad battery or charge system?

If it's that new of a phone I would contact the vendor for exchange. Have you charge it for at least two hours?

That's normal behavior when your phone is plugged in and the battery level is nil. Let it charge for a while, then unplug it and start the phone.

Might sound silly, but something I learned from someone here on the forums.
Did you try to tap and hold the power button?

When the phone is charging connected to the wall outlet and is completely off,
under the current 2.3.4 Gingerbread, if you just quickly tap the power button
it will show the battery meter picture. If you tap and hold the power button,
it will force the phone to boot on.

I live in Russia and buy phone from clove.co.uk.
When phone can't start up I connected It to car charger. When I came home (may be 20 minutes) I unplug it and continue charge only home. When It charge on 100%, I unplug it again. On the next day I discharge It to 0%. And I try to start up, it show me logo "M" then show battery "charge" for 5 second It change 5%-20%-60%-100%. Sometimes (when cable plug in) It start up, show 100% charged, if I disconnect cable, It turn off.

It sounds to me like you have a defective device. I'm not sure if you have any kind of warranty options available to you, But it would be worth looking into. Being in Russia - I believe your options are very limited. Only thing i can think of is to try and purchase a new battery and rule out a defective battery.

If you need help, and I appear to be offline, shoot me a msg on Gtalk, or PM me and I'll respond as soon as I possibly can!!

I take battery from my friend and phone start up and work normally, but my battery in he's phone work like in my phone. I think that reason of mistake is battery, but I can understand what was a wrong: bad battery or my charge.

In that case have your friend use your charger to see what happens. There is a chance it is the battery and that is easy to replace and get a new one.

I used 4 different power supplieres!!

Clove said that It's maybe problem with battery and request ещ return phone for inspection. I am thinking....
I think that I must to pay to shipment. I want to buy new battery and try with it, because price for battery is lower than shipment to Clove and save my time.

Then you might as well try that. But to be cautious, if your friend can lend you his battery for an hour or two just to make sure the phone itself is fine.
