I got my tools and parts today. I got the "Touch Screen Window Lens Glass with Display Gasket and Flex Cable" for $87.97 shipped from OEMCellphoneParts.com.
I'll let you know how the install goes soon.

Hey bad, I'm to late for one of your questions, but when I scratched my screen I called Moto if they sold replacement ones and they do not. I'm not sure where you live but if you don't think you'll be able to figure it out I'd check craigslist. I called around and to replace my screen $80 parts and labor

The parts from oemcellphoneparts.com were top notch quality and appeared to be original Motorola and had the gasket already installed on the glass. I installed the parts but I damaged the flex cable in the process of re-installing everything. After notifying oemcellphoneparts.com that I had damaged it and was wondering about repair possibilities they offered a 10% discount on another glass replacement. I'll be doing a complete tear down next instead of to squeeze the flex cable into that little hole above the LCD.

Got my Atrix back up and running but not without problems. I didn't remove the camera flex cable and when I replaced the metal plate I accidentally pressed on the volume control part of the flex cable and tore it. Everything else seems to work fine now. I'll replace the flex cable eventually but I can wait.

I replaced the screen/digitizer and the Motherboard Flex Cable in about an hour-hour and a half. I took my time disassembling it so that I could get it back together right. But got in to big a hurry re-assembling it.
