    Help!!! Please!

I bought my Atrix in March of 2011. Exciting right? Well, after the first OS update in May my Wifi and Bluetooth stopped working. I went to the AT&T store where I purchased the phone and they gave me the address of a store where I could have it replaced. When I went there the store was closed permanently. I have been trying to deal with AT&T for 6 months now about this issue.

-First, AT&T sent me to a store that didn't exist.

-They had no record of me contacting them for months after my first encounter.

-They told me to contact Motorola, hoping the new OS update would correct the issue.

-Motorola sent me a web link to update my phone. The update fixed nothing.

-Motorola said they couldn't help me and sent me back to AT&T.

-AT&T put me through "troubleshooting." No resolution.

-Finally, today, they told me I needed to do a master reset to my Atrix before they could do anything for me.

So, after the reset my phone just keeps restarting. Over and over. Sometimes it will stay on for a few minutes at a time- never as long as an hour.

It restarts if I try to use any application that tries to retrieve my location.
It restarts if I connect or disconnect the charger.
It restarts if I try to download anything.
It restarts if I try to answer a phone call.

They are refusing to replace my phone because the screen is cracked. The crack came from leaning on my phone one day less than a month ago.
I tried to explain to them that I went to the store about this issue in person and the employees there saw my phone in tact and malfunctioning and sent me to a bogus location. Not only did I contact them months before my phone was physically damaged, but they put me through a process that has now completely disabled my phone!

I am beyond pissed.. just dumbfounded. I have been paying data overage fees because I cant use my Wifi. Now I have no phone at all. They ran me through a circuit until my phone became "irreplaceable" and now they want me to pay $125 for a refurbed replacement of a phone that is now OUTDATED!

    WHAT CAN I DO?

The Atrix is not outdated, it actually is in par with what's outthere right now. Since you don't have insurance and you cracked the screen, $125 is actully not bad. I'm sorry you are going through this, but right now that is your only option.

Can always check eBay or craglist for a used phone ...
Or bite the bullet and buy refebushed or spend more and get a off contract phone which will be alot more, just a side note was the store and offical at and t store and not one contracted out? , idk if it still holds true but awhile back where I lived there where two stores in the same plaze but one was not a true store and would tell you incirrct information such as warrently not good etc... more or less they would ripe people off

Your phone is still under warranty with Motorola. Contact them for repair/replacement.

Moto should still service the hardware on warranty though. Check out cl for cell phone repair guys. They can usually replace atrix screens for 60-80$ then send into Moto for warranty work

Get a refurb'd handset at a good price, then send off the faulty handset to Moto for repair and then get the screen replaced and sell it for roughly the same cost as the refurbished handset cost you.
You will be out of pocket a bit, but not as much.
