Can I receive OTA updates on a rooted, unlocked Atrix?

A few months back I was feeling adventurous and I both unlocked and rooted my Atrix 4G (at&t) in order to flash the Cyanogenmod 7.1 rom. While it worked beautifully, I found myself missing webtop (which is not currently supported). This led me to the two questions posted below but first let me say that I greatly appreciate all the help that I have received from the more technically inclined on these forums and while I did search I hope that I am not wasting anyone's time by posting questions that have already been asked and answered. With that being said let me ask..
    1) Is there a way to return my Atrix to the most current version of the Motorola/at&t software (and where can I find a preferably noob friendly tutorial)?
    2) If yes, will I then be able to receive and install future OTA updates (possibly ICS?) from Motorola/at&t?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there Waykokid. I'm not a technician, but from what I've read of das8nt's posts, there may be a way to go back and simulate a stock phone, at least to the point of being able to recieve an OTA update. I haven't a *clue* as to how it works, but I'll ask das8nt to read this thread and respond. I know there is no way to relock your bootloader - that is ireversible I'm afraid - it's unlocked and it will stay unlocked, forever.

Check back later, and we'll see if I was able to get him to respond to your questions.

    Yes and yes.

You'll need to factory reset (fastboot wipe) before flashing, but you can follow this guide for getting it back to stock: [HOW TO] Use RSD Lite to Flash a SBF File - Motorola Atrix there's a direct link to the AT&T 4.5.91 SBF within the guide since the XDA links are down.

Wow, thanks for the incredibly quick and incredibly helpful response. Just one more question; how do I factory reset (fastboot wipe)?

You can either connect your phone via USB and use the CMD prompt to "fastboot -w" OR you can boot into Android/CWM Recovery and Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
