Factory Reset and Hard Reset yield same results. NOTHING

Hi guys. New here and need help with My Motorola Atrix.

So to keep things short, i've only installed apps from Market. No flashing, rooting or anything of that nature.

I've noticed that my phone recently has been acting up and crashing every now and then. It has gotten to the point where it will crash 2-3 times a day. For the last couple of days I have tried both Factory and Hard resetting my phone and the same results apply. Once the phone boots back up, all of my previous settings (data/apps) are still there. It's as if nothing ever happened.

I've turned off all my sync and restore options (just in case google was restoring) and still the same issues. Another thing to note is that I cannot uninstall any apps either. I'll uninstall apps, power down and restart and they are still there.

If anyone can help me, I would be more than greatful!

    Cheers

For now I wouldn't do any ROOTing, Unlock Bootloader, etc as this would void your warranty and there's a chance you may need to exchange it.

How are you removing the apps? Settings> Applications> Manage applications> select app> uninstall or just removing it on your homescreen?

    Download any Utility apps?

Buy your phone new or second hand?
