BT and wifi stopped working

Neither turns on. BT tries for 20 sec and gives up and wifi tries forever to turn on. ATT then Motorola enterprise help got nowhere. I see that others have had this. Any fixes? Phone is about 1 year old. No trauma to the phone, either, and it worked a few days ago...

Unfortunately, no; at least not yet. I would encourage you to add to the growing list of complaints in the thread on the official Motorola owner's forums. Motorola is trying to write it off to hardware failure due to the same trauma that you haven't experienced. Maybe the more people speak out on it the more likely they will be to address it.
