To transfer.via USB, connect the phone's USB cable to the PC. After plugging in, select "USB Mass Storage" when prompted pn the phone. To transfer files to/from the pc, browse to the new USB virtual drive, find the files/folders and copy/paste away! The default camera storage folder is '\sd card\dcim\camera'.
You can also use an app like Drop Box to keep your pics synched between pc and phone. You can get drop box in the google play store.

Try selecting your settings icon in Applications. Go to Storage. Once the display has loaded, click on the button of the lower left of the bottom of the phone- the one with 4 boxes. It will bring up a menu allowing you to select Mass Storage, Media Device, or Camera. Select Camera and you should be able to view the file from your computer. Then you can download your pictures as normal.
If that doesn't work, you can select Mass Storage and a folder should appear in your "my computer". Select the folder DCIM and cut/paste the pics to the folder you wish on your computer.
Firstly you must have the Installation or Driver Cd which must have come with your phone as well as the Data Cable.
The you must connect the small end of the cable to the phone and the other end to the USB port. But you must have the CD installed as it wont red the phone. Then go to the Removable disc area and then choose the one which shows your device.
Then access it and go to where your pictures are and copy them to my pictures.
And you can also send a media messge to an e-mail address attaching the pictures.
Samsung Backup is an effective Android phone data manager to transfer photos from Android to computer with ease. And Samsung Backup program allows you to transfer photos, music, videos, etc between Android phone and computer with one click too.
