Are you rooted and have the bootloader unlocked? You will probably need to flash the sbf file with RSD lite.

Everything you need should be in the thread bellow, assuming you have the Atrix 1.

    http://www.atrixforums.com/forum/motorola-atrix-help/5049-how-use-rsd-lite-flash-sbf-file-motorola-atrix.html#post55623

Edit/ if you are on 2.3.4 you should only flash that sbf, same thing if you are on 2.3.6. Flashing anything bellow what you have could potentially brick your phone.

It should be on the link above, but I don't think there is a sbf for 2.3.4 Orange UK at the moment.

There is actually a Orange UK 2.3.4 SBF buried right in the middle of the Firmware Superthread on XDA. It can be found here: xda-developers - View Single Post - Atrix Firmwares Superthread (Official Firmware Team of M3)

It will remove the "unlocked" from your boot screen, and unroot you, but it's easy to get both of those back. You would just need to reflash the IHOP file (it will not wipe your phone this time), reflash the RAMfix, and then use Pete's One-Click root for 2.3.4, whic can be found at the the top of this thread to reroot. There's currently nothing that can be installed, besides a custom ROM, that will simultaneously update you and keep you rooted and unlocked.

DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT USE RSD unless you have to!! Use a fruitcake! It is MUCH safer and alot less likely to cause a hard brick!! [Fruit Cakes] XDA Re-Release [feb/18/2012] - xda-developers

The only thing that can go wrong with RSD lite is user error or defective device, other than that it's as easy as can be. It is an official Motorola tool.

Technically more safe? Yes. Fruitcakes will never get you back to FULL stock if you have to have it, though. As the guys said above, RSD Lite CAN be a dangerous program if you don't use it properly and understand what you're using it for. Otherwise, it's a VERY USEFUL tool. I, myself, have flashed using RSD Lite hundreds of times without issue. It's all in what you need the end result to be.
