Agreed. I'm running it right now while waiting for Dorian to dazzle us with the next release of RedPill.

    - Samsung Galaxy S3 with Quantum (CM 10.2 by PwnCakes193)
    - Asus Transformer TF101 with No-Name (CM 10.2 by josteink)

I decided to flash it to see how it goes this weekend. I am heading to the mountains tomorrow for a night awaw with the family and thought it would be a great time to try something new. So far I like it!

Tapa'd while snacking on an ICS!

https://github.com/CyanogenMod/andro...CHANGELOG.mkdnSo what is 7.2? Does it have bits and pieces of ICS or is it just an update to the original? Are there release notes for it? Edit. Found it. https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_vendor_cyanogen/blob/gingerbread/CHANGELOG.mkdn

I would like to add that the battery life is significantly better with this release. I know others have said this... but that can be so subjective sometimes. So yes it is confirmed!!! I am a heavy user (minutes 3-4 grand and about 3gb data per month) and yes the battery life is much better! I am hooked! :-)

I've really only found one annoying problem with this release that I wasn't having under RedPill, and I believe it's something that was supposedly fixed in earlier releases. I'm using the SwiftKey X keyboard, and it's not adjusting itself properly in landscape mode (it's always showing the compact, portrait-mode keyboard). This may or may not be happening with the default keyboard or other keyboards; I haven't tested it yet.

EDIT: Okay, maybe not. I just tested switching between keyboards, and landscape input mode is now working. I switched back to the stock keyboard, tested it, confirmed it worked, switched back to SwiftKey X, tested it, it now works properly. Go figure!

My trial last weekend didn't pan out! Anyway I'm on it now as my schooling is pretty much over and Nottachtrix randomly rebooted on my about 6 times yesterday (not impressed). I really like this rom and am loving the battery life. I'm at 75% and it came off the charger about 6hours ago!
