Exclamation Atrix stuck on Motorola logo during boot. Help??

So i rooted my Atrix 4G using a guide from the XDA forums and the command prompt through windows. After successfully doing so, i installed rom toolbox. I changed the font, rebooted, no problem. Then i changed the booting animation and theme, and then stuff hit the fan. More than 2 force close/error messages instantly came up when rebooting right after changing these and then the phone itself crashed. I thought, oh well, just rebooting. But i cant get past the motorola logo. No matter what i do. I already cleared the cache/hard reset and deleted partitions through the android recovery mode to have the same results. All i want is my phone back. I dont care if i loose everything, as long as i can get it to work.
I had the latest software update.
    Atrix 4G (AT&T)
    No custom ROM
    Only rooted. Nothing more.
    Tried everything. Please help.
If i missed anything, just ask me and ill do my best to be more specific.

Did you unlock your bootloader....or just root the phone? Do you have a custom Recovery - like CWM Recovery, installed?

You shouldn't lose anything. It will only take a successful SBF flash with RSD Lite. Follow this guide for getting that done: [HOW TO] Use RSD Lite to Flash a SBF File - Motorola Atrix

Be sure to use the latest (4.5.141) firmware linked in the guide.

I've had this problem before. I'd recommend doing the moto-fastboot -w command. even if you clean out your cache and delete user info, it can still give you issue.

I had this after i flashed an sbf and it fixed it right up.

I think the issue is that the phone is only rooted and not unlocked, so fastboot is out. This happens a lot with rooted phones and ROM Toolbox; it's too general for all phones. Some it works on great and some it causes issues with certain mods. The only way to overwrite the system files and fix the mod being locked is with a SBF flash.

Took a while since my computer is old and im a noob.
Atrix is good as new. Holy crap that was easier than i thought it would be.
Saved me around $200 or more.

    Questions:
    Is my Atrix still rooted?
Is there evidence of what happened?
Can i still receive and install OTA's?

    Questions
Is your Atrix still rooted? I don't think so, but you can download Titanium Backup and see if it gets root access.
Is there evidence of what happened? No, the SBF will have replaced and changed files, and there is no log showing you've changed anything. Nothing is broken, so nothing to be noticed.
Can you still recieve and install OTA's? Of course! You've flashed a stock version of the phone, there should be nothing inhibiting you, unless you go back and start changing the system files again; if you do decide to start modifying the system files, keep in mind your phone will not be able to install OTA's as the update will know things aren't as they should be, and it will fail.
